The Nike Air Force 1 Low “West Indies” is the modern reissue of the special colorway that celebrates both its 20th anniversary and New York City’s “West Indian Day Parade.” The “West Indies” colorway of the Air Force 1 debuted way back in 2002, and has remained one of the most desirable releases of the shoe in the decades since its arrival in sneaker culture. The 2022 version is nearly identical to the original “West Indies” release. A white leather upper gives way to contrasting Classic Green accenting on the inner lining, on the leather heel tab with yellow “Nike Air Force 1” branding, on the tongue tag with yellow “West Indies” detailing, and on the rubber outsole.
